🚨Important update regarding minors & my photography page

After learning about a recent federal court ruling involving AI-generated sexual images depicting minors, I’ve made the decision that I will no longer publicly post photographs of anyone under the age of 18 on my business page.

To be clear, this is my own precautionary decision as a photographer and business owner. With AI continuing to advance and becoming capable of creating incredibly realistic manipulated images, I simply no longer feel comfortable being the person who puts photographs of someone else’s child into a public online space.

This does NOT mean I will stop photographing children or families. I absolutely still welcome those sessions. ❤️ Parents/guardians will receive their galleries and are completely free to save, share, print, and post their own photographs wherever they choose.

The only change is that I will not personally use or post images of minors publicly on my business social media going forward.

I know this may seem like an extreme precaution to some, but when it comes to the children entrusted to me and my business, I would rather be overly cautious than wish I had been later.

I’m officially MOVING this weekend!! 🏡✨

With that being said, my schedule and inbox are getting a little jam-packed between moving, work, and all of the amazing people reaching out about upcoming shoots!

I am incredibly thankful for every single person who has messaged me, booked with me, shared my work, or shown interest in getting photos done. 🥹🤎
I promise I see your messages and I WILL get back to everyone as I’m able — responses may just take me a little longer than usual while I get through this crazy week and settled into my new place!

A huge thank you to everyone who has already been so patient and understanding with me. I’m beyond excited for this next chapter AND to get even more shoots flowing! 📸✨

So many exciting things are coming, I just need a few extra minutes to catch my breath between the boxes. 😂🤎

Fellow makeup artists & photographers — professional question! 💄📸

For those who do wedding makeup, how do you typically go about getting professional photos of your finished work for your portfolio?

Do you reach out to the bride after galleries are delivered, connect with the photographer, or just wait to see what gets shared?

Of course, I would never expect access to an entire wedding gallery, and any professional images used on my business page would always be properly credited to the photographer. I’m just curious what the normal etiquette is for getting a few images that showcase your makeup work!

I’d love to hear what other MUAs/photographers typically do. 🤍

From the Harley details to the family love and the absolute destruction of that birthday cake, this session was way too much fun to capture. And honestly… I think the frosting-covered smiles say it all. 🥹

Tiny fairy doors, a little Wonderland, Winnie the Pooh, and flowers soaking up the summer sun. Just a reminder that not every photo needs an occasion — sometimes the little things are worth capturing too. 🧚🏼‍♀️🌼✨
