Just nature's art doing its thing this time of year. Who would've thought a tree's signal to its leaves to stop producing chlorophyll could be such a spectacle?

This fall has been a good one when it comes to the fall colors (in case the masses of people in the mountains wasn't enough of an indication...). This is why I love escaping the main attractions and finding the lesser-known vistas and trails. This little gem in Pottersville is well worth the trip and blew me away with the views from Green Hill and Catamount.

This place has been on my photography bucket list for a long time now, and it was great to share it with . The gorge in Watkins Glen is an incredibly beautiful feat of geology, erosion, running water, and some impressive human engineering. It's no wonder why it's one of the most photographed places in the state. I only wish we had more time to explore more the park before the crowds became too overwhelming. More pictures to come from this gem of the Finger Lakes region!

Last weekend I visited Niagra Falls for the first time since I was a toddler. It was like seeing it for the first time. and I, with a couple of friends, spent the day exploring the falls and as many activities as we could. We were thrilled to find out that the falls are lit up every night and we had to go back to experience the spectacle. There were even fireworks! I'm sure we'll go back in the future and explore the Canadian side. Such an incredible place, and it's good to see that both sides value it and still protect it

The first batch of photos from yesterday's dawn hike in the High Peaks. Sometimes it's worth getting up at 4am for an early start in the dark. One of the best dawn outings I've had in years.
