How have we NEVER tried the best Thai restaurant in Boise before?! 🇹🇭🤯

I lived in Thailand for three years, and Katie • Travel & Lifestyle Creator • Based in Idaho spent months exploring Southeast Asia, so you KNOW we love authentic Thai food!

After seeing Sa-Wad-dee Thai restaurant in Idaho take home the title of Best Thai Restaurant year after year at the Boise Weekly Boise Best Awards, we knew it was time to see what all the hype was about. And WOW, did they deliver! 🤤

Here’s a taste of what we tried:

🍛 Green Curry – Rich, creamy coconut curry with the perfect kick of spice.

🍜 Khao Soi – Northern Thailand’s famous coconut curry noodle soup.

🍝 Pad Thai – The classic stir-fried noodles we all know and love.

🥗 Papaya Salad – Fresh, crunchy, tangy, and spicy!

🥭 Mango Sticky Rice – Sweet coconut sticky rice with fresh mango.

🦋 Butterfly Pea Tea – A beautiful, vibrant Thai tea that’s almost too pretty to drink!

From the bold flavors to the authentic dishes, Sawadee Thai brought us right back to Southeast Asia. 🇹🇭❤️

CULTURE. MOM CLUB is launching back up this month after an extended summer break 💖

We’ve created a space for moms to come together and claim an intentional hour or two together working on fitness, connecting, and leaving with a special experience each time.

Each month is a little different, but what stays the same each time is that moms are coming together no matter where they stand in their fitness journey.

As moms, we are humbled greatly with the journey of conception, pregnancy, birth, loss… Together we connect over these moments and lift each other up no matter where we are in it. We all understand 🫶🏼

This home clearly belongs to a hostess. The dining room, outdoor kitchen, and open air doors to the pool were some of my favorite touches!
