I am a local photographer of Boise & my passion is to capture the essence of life & people. Essence is defined as "that which makes something what it is; intrinsic, fundamental nature or most important quality (of something); essential being." As a Christian believer who believes that God created everything in this world and most importantly us; our core nature and existence, what makes us essenti

al, our essence(!) falls completely on Him. It is God who has made us beautiful, after all we are made in His image. We are the most beautiful creatures out of all He has made and it is so important that we remember that! My passion is to help YOU understand that you were created beautiful from the very beginning when your little heart took its first beat to this very moment! My hopes are always that I can have the privilege of capturing and showing you what God sees in you! I'm not the best photographer out there, far from it really but I am passionate about learning and I'm passionate about what I do. It will always be an honor and a pleasure for me to do anyone's photos because allowing yourself to be you and be vulnerable before me is a privilege! Your happiness is my number one priority! There are so many beautiful ways to share your photos online without showing your child’s face. Here are two simple tips:

1️⃣ Communicate with your photographer. Let them know your preferences ahead of time. They can intentionally capture moments that protect your child’s privacy while still telling your family’s story beautifully.

2️⃣ Use the power of cropping. A close-up of tiny toes, little hands being held, or a tender kiss can convey so much emotion, sometimes even more than a full-face shot.

Your story and connection are what make your photos meaningful, not just the faces in them. 💛
