Late night post because I get to share some pics as a client!! I messaged Maddy a year ago that I was expanding my garden and when I got it planted & cute I wanted her to take our fam photos in it. A year later, she freaking DELIVERED (and these are only some of the sneaks 🥹). I feel like as a photographer it’s easy to take for granted what we do & how our images can make the people in them feel. I grew up helping my mom in her garden (she’s forever my biggest inspo for my yard ideas!), and I wanted to experience that with my kids. So I created this garden as a place to nurture & learn with my kids, and to provide home grown food for my family - flowers are an added bonus for me! Its my little oasis I go to when I need to clear my mind & do something with my hands; where I go with Skyler to find wiggly worms or cut bouquets for his grandmas; where we spend most evenings having water fights and playing with the dog. I wanted the happiness it brings me & the love I feel from my family to be captured in photos and I’m so excited that she was able to do that 🥹 will never be over these!!

I always talk about how special it is to document anyone’s wedding day, but today I want to talk about how special it was to document the wedding of one of my best friends 🤍 not only being able to see her get married, but also be a part of all the little moments of the day for someone you know so well just adds a little extra magic to the process. Shayne & Danny - I am so so happy for you and so grateful you let me document the adventure (and tear up the dance floor a bit) ✨ cheers to Mr. & Mrs. Wing!!! dance floor pics coming soon, the party was so good deserves its own post 🤪 p.s. - the first photo has taken its mantle on the list of top 5 photos I’ve ever taken 🤍
