My wish for my daughter now that she’s turning 21! I have been a mom for 21 years now! Wow!! 🥹
I haven’t always been the perfect parent, but she has always been the perfect daughter. Thank you for giving me grace, for forgiving me, and for loving me through it all.
Having her at such a young age has taught me so much. Even though it wasn’t ideal at the time, I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
And now that she’s 21, I hope she wakes up every day and realizes how beautiful she is. I hope she looks in the mirror and speaks nothing but positive things into herself. I hope she knows that she can do anything she wants in this world, whether that means living close by or moving to a new country. I want her to explore it all!
While everybody else is worried about “status,” I’m just worried about her happiness. I want her to wake up every day happy, even on the imperfect days. I want her to get excited about the little things. I don’t care what she does, as long as she’s happy, healthy, and always a good, kind person.
I hope that if she ever sees somebody feeling left out, she includes them. I hope she always chooses kindness. I hope she always chooses herself in this crazy world.
Most of all, I hope she knows she has so many people behind her who support her, believe in her, and love her very much.
So my wish is that you live a long, healthy life, with a lot of love surrounding you, a lot of friends, a lot of trips, shopping sprees, and lots of time with your brothers. I hope you get to experience so much of this world, make memories you’ll never forget, and always have people around you who make life a little more fun.
