Not all twin pregnancies need to end in a c-section.
When women make informed decisions and advocate for themselves in pregnancy we own our births.
This mama chose a provider who supports her vision for birth, did the hard work of preparing her body and successfully had a vaginal birth of twins.

When it was time we rolled into the OR of West Boca Hospital. Baby A came head down and Baby B (known breech) was born feet first!!

Everyone was healthy and safe and mom feels
like a total bad ass 💪 Women can do hard things!!
