These shots were taken on location with only one soft box and lots of distractions - I wanted to put the dog and kitten in my pocket and take them home with me! I have learned that there is nothing I won't do to make a camera shy person laugh for me, including singing and dancing to 'Baby Got Back' - whatever works! And if you're wondering - no, I do NOT have any rhythm! :-)

This is what I mean by candid and editorial. Not specifically posed, just catching a moment in-between that feels special to me. Grandma Sarah specifically asked for the little nose-mining picture when baby Aleah just happened to do what little ones do - love it! A sense of humor is a wonderful thing!
