Every Story Matters

While at a recent wedding I was photographing, I noticed the grandparents taking a walk by the pond. I followed them to capture this special moment. They told me about how they’ve been married for over 60 years and how people said they wouldn’t make it. It was so sweet to be able to get some photos for them and learn a bit more about their story. This inspired me. I want to capture the stories of 10 other married couples. These sessions will include an interview (by phone if possible) beforehand to get to know the couple. Sessions will be 20% + (years of being married)% off of my hourly rate ($200). So, if you’ve been married for five years, that will be a 25% off discount.

I have been wanting to do something like this for a long time, and I am so excited to finally be able to do it.

Scenes from fall in Bloomington from the perspective of a wheelchair.

Being in a wheelchair this season has helped me find more beauty all around me. I don’t always have to go searching for it or change my angle. Sometimes, it’s just right in front of my face.
