Cheer mommas and dads!

I know I have taken way too long on your photos, and I know this has been a huge disappointment. I’m very sorry. I’ve been working on finishing the basketball league but I’ve also started and have been working on your photos as well. I cannot explain how much my husband‘s death has thrown my world into a complete whirlwind. I’m back to working full-time and trying to take care of three kids, if I’m not sleeping I am at work or working on photos while trying to manage the severe depression this has caused. I plan to have your digitals sent to you by the end of this month (I am almost done with the basketball league now) with your prints following shortly after that. If you no longer want to wait, I can understand and promise to refund everyone who doesn’t want their photos any longer. Please comment below with your child’s name and team and the best method to refund you. If it’s PayPal or Venmo please make sure to include the name/email. Thank you to everyone who has been so incredibly kind and patient, I appreciate you.

Also - I will still have all requested refunds sent out by the end of the week (Sunday). Just make sure if you haven't received yours to send me your players name, team name, and the best way to send it to you and I should have the remaining ones sent out tomorrow.

JPBL - it has come to my attention that several of you have still not received a refund for those who wanted one instead of their photos. If you are still in need of a refund please comment on this post with your child’s name, team sponsor, and the best way to issue a refund to you and I will have those out by the end of the week.

I apologize for those still waiting on a refund, it has been very hard to keep track of who has gotten one and who has not but I’ve been receiving requests a large variety of different ways. This will help me have an easy list of who still needs one.

Let me clear some things up from the misleading email you received…

As you can see I have been behind on work due to my husband dying and now my oldest son’s biological dad passing away. On top of finding a new normal, work, cheer, school, three kids, and just holidays and life in general I’m struggling to keep up. Anyone who knows me knows this. I’ve also been behind on another league.. photos will be coming but if you prefer a refund instead of your photos please contact me and I’ll take care of you. I have a ton of emails to sort out and lots of stuff still to be processed and to top it off I’m currently at the hospital in Boston where my ex-husband and sons dad is about to pass away from cancer. Please bare with me and know that no one will be cheated out of anything and all will be taken care of asap.

Once again, my sincerest apologies to those of the Junior Patriot Basketball League for the long wait and hassle this year. I have been processing refunds for those who would rather have that then continue to wait for their photos and am trying to get back with everyone as I can but between work and three kids it's very hard to keep up when I am getting emails, messages through both business pages and my website, texts, phone calls, and messages to my personal FB page. This is all very understandable and I'm not saying that as in me being upset, they're just in so many places its hard to keep up with who I have answered and who I still need to get back with, but I am working on it!

In my spare time I've been trying to get all the images uploaded so that I can give you free digitals as part of my apology for this years fiasco and me dropping the ball on my end. They're very large files so it's time consuming but I almost have them all up! I wanted to go ahead and post this so that those who are done can go ahead and download them. I have 12 teams left to go (mostly the girls) and will have those added tomorrow!! I'll repost the link again tomorrow once they're all up.

My sincerest apologies to the parent and players of the JPBL who have had to wait an insane amount of time to get their photos back this year. We took these in November, then I lost my husband in December and my entire world got flipped upside down. I was suddenly left to manage my business, another job, three kids, and a household on my own... while planning a funeral, dealing with the estate, life insurance, and the insane amount of paperwork that comes along with a tragedy like this. It was never my intention to make you wait so long, I've struggled to keep up and get these done and give my kids the time and attention they need to get through this. Everything is done and has been sent to the lab, I am just waiting to get everything back but they're telling me they're also backed up and experiences delays due to supply issues. Individual downloads for each player will be given to parents for free as part of my apology for this extended wait time. If anyone would just prefer a refund instead of continuing to wait on their orders I understand and would be happy to do that too. Whatever I can do to make it up I will! I always strive to keep my customers happy and I understand that I have let you down this season. Thank you to those who have been patient and understanding considering the circumstances. You are all appreciated.
