Another year of KC Photography, and I honestly don’t know how to put into words how grateful I am.

Every family who has trusted me to photograph their little moments. Every couple who has let me into a piece of their story. Every client who has come back year after year. Every person who has shared my work, recommended me, or simply cheered me on.

And I’ve been thinking a lot about what a photography session really is.

It’s so much more than pretty pictures.

It’s slowing down in a season of life that feels like it’s moving way too fast.

It’s holding your babies a little tighter. Laughing at the chaos. Letting your kids be silly. Looking at your husband or wife and remembering the life you’ve built together.

We have one of these tubs but more rustic and much larger (oblong). I think it would be a such a fun couples picture like this AI one I created. Or a fun kids picture at our farm. Message me to schedule!

Flowers in the fields are coming in nicely. I know a lot of seniors are looking for flowering fields. Will post some pics in the next couple days.

Flowers in the fields are starting to come in. White, some purple, and yellow starting slowly. Anxious to compare in a week or 2!

The fields with tall grass look great at Whitestone Farms. Expecting flowers in a few weeks. Also planted wildflowers around our antique truck that appear to have been successful and getting close. These were some pictures taken at the top field Sunday 6/7. I’ll take more pics this weekend to check for flowers and show status in different areas.
