Tomorrow she goes to paint.

Hard to believe we did all of this in a little over a month, but I’m not sure I’ve ever been so proud of something in my life. 10-12 hour days in the shop - the cut up hands, metal shavings, rust dust…and tomorrow it all starts to pay off.

I’ve still got plenty to do - the doors will need to be assembled once they’re painted, as will the hard top (which is gonna suck) along with some very unique interior work that I’m not going to share yet.

While it’s true I’d still shoot any show for - the invite to was an immediate and obvious “yes”. It’s an event I’ve always wanted to attend, and it was an opportunity to spend time with the bluegrass family - something I’ve missed dearly. throws one hell of an event - and I’m beyond grateful to have been included.

From my first String Summit to my first Strings and Sol (15 years later) - it’s all come full circle. My deepest thanks to the Yonder Mountain team for continuing to be such a positive presence in my life after all these years…and for putting my toes back in the sand, and my ass back in the pit. 🤙
