Sheena Horob was raised in Frederick, Colorado, where she was inspired by the beautiful landscapes that surrounded her. She always carried a camera with her to capture the sights and scenes of her home state, but in 2007, a boy would take her from Colorado and transplant her in the wide open spaces of North Dakota. tween people that soon inspired Sheena. That inspiration started with that boy who later became her husband. Sheena soon began focusing her passion for photography from capturing landscapes and began capturing the love, memories and little moments shared between people. Her first models were of her and her husband, but she soon started taking photos of friends and their kids. As references poured in, Sheena was able to unite her passion for photography with her passion for life, love and family and turn it into a profession two years ago. Since her passion for photographing families and couples was inspired by her own relationship with her husband, Sheena named her studio after her wedding date, Six Eleven. Today, Sheena is continually inspired by the people she has watched grow from being engaged, to being married, to starting their own families and watching those families grow. Each brings their own unique experiences and stories, and Sheena considers it an honor and a privilege to share be a part of and capture and preserve these special moments.
