Just a tiny glimpse into this gorgeous senior session because narrowing down favorites was nearly impossible. Between golden light, wildflowers, downtown corners, and wandering wherever the evening took us… this one felt like summer in the best way. ☀️

I’m so excited for another season of late summer nights with my seniors — creating magic, chasing light, getting a little lost in the fields, and capturing this once-in-a-lifetime season before the next chapter begins.

And somehow… summer sessions before school starts are almost fully booked already (yes, I know school literally just got out 😅). If you’ve been thinking about booking your senior session, now’s the time before the calendar disappears. 🤍

New logo? Maybe. Midlife brand crisis? Also maybe. 😂

I never actually rebranded after getting married nearly a decade ago, so we’re just out here winging it at this point. I may drop the original name in the future, but this new one goes beyond just me. I threw in some favorite images I’ve personally taken — some old, some new — and honestly these don’t even scratch the surface. Looking through years of work has me feeling all sentimental and also slightly concerned about how many galleries I’ve edited in my lifetime. 👵

Busy season officially hit me like a freight train. June + July are nearly FULL and I’ve got weddings every weekend until the 4th of July. And before anyone asks… NO, I will not last-minute photograph diddly squat over that weekend. I’ll be somewhere avoiding responsibility and probably holding a drink. 🇺🇸😂

Emails will continue to be slow (HELP) and I’ll keep screening calls that aren’t recognized or come with vague voicemails. Most pricing info is online and I simply do not possess the emotional stamina to spend 8 hours a day on the phone unless it comes with a live-in housemaid and assistant.

Anyway, thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. I’m ridiculously excited for all the upcoming shoots and I’ll be wrapping up + delivering April galleries soon. Appreciate you all more than you know. 🤍

• 2 retouched headshots of your choice

I’ve got a few important updates as we head into a busy season in the studio!

✨ Studio Rental Launching May 1st
I’m excited to officially open up studio rentals under JHP Creative Studios. I’m currently finalizing the contract + booking system to make everything smooth, simple, and easy to access for all creatives.

⏰ New Session Hours Starting May 21st
I will no longer be taking daytime appointments. All sessions through the Summer will be scheduled after 4 PM only.

📸 Current & Upcoming Specials
Motherhood Edit – $300 (available through Mother’s Day)

Mini Marathon (ladder setup) – May 3rd, a few spots left at $275

Her look was all about experimenting with lasers and continuous lighting to create this editorial fashion vibe. Using a split diaper to refract the light gave those dreamy streaks you see throughout this set!

Shot inside the roll room, using lighting equipment that’s available with every studio rental at JHP Creative Studios.

I always love pushing creative boundaries and seeing what happens when we just play with light. 💡

Still thinking about the magic from last Friday ✨

I hosted our first photographer collab at the NEW JHP Creative Studios and it did not disappoint. Jaden + Justin absolutely brought the heat for this intimate couples bo***ir session—moody, raw, and full of connection. Thank you to our gorgeous models and the photographers that showed up! 😇

This was my first time photographing a couple in this way (and honestly, a lot of our first times stepping into this style), and I’m obsessed with how it all came together. The dark room really set the tone for something bold, romantic, and a little cinematic.

This space will officially be available for rent starting in May 👀
