Makenzie & DJ’s wedding day at Oak Meadow Event Center felt like summer in the most beautiful way. Baby blue bridesmaids dresses, the softest sunlight, and an outdoor ceremony with absolutely perfect weather. Every part of the day felt so romantic and was the kind of wedding that left us wanting more and more. Mak and DJ’s wedding day was timeless, so full of love, and a beautiful reflection of who they are together.

april + may, you were everything 🤍

we kicked things off with a dreamy beach engagement session were I got to take my mom with me for a girls getaway, soaked up the sunshine on the lake twice. Got to witness one of our sweetest friends get married with my nephews walking down the aisle as the cutest ring bearers ever.

captured TWO proposals for two of my dearest long time friends — Tyler & Camille in Huntsville and Van & Katelynn all the way in North Carolina. celebrated Mother's Day with my mom and spent that evening with my sister's babies so she could have a night to herself. and we closed out Memorial Day weekend the best way possible — at the NASCAR race in Charlotte with my older nephew, sister, and brother in law.

Some wedding days are beautiful, and some feel like they carry a certain kind of magic from beginning to end. Juliette & Jeremy’s was both.

The quiet, meaningful moments at the Illges Woodruff House, the way every floral detail felt soft and intentional, the overwhelming joy that followed them into every room, it all felt timeless in the truest sense. Nothing overly curated or forced, just two people deeply loved by everyone around them.

By the time the dance floor opened at Green Island Country Club, you could feel every emotion to its fullest. A beautiful combination of love and joy to celebrate two of the best people!

A real-life fairytale unfolding at The Donnelly House for Jenn and Jay’s wedding day! From the moment I met Jenn and Jay, and I heard of their vision for their wedding, I counted down the days until it finally arrived. Mismatched bridesmaids’ dresses and vibrant hues were the perfect pops of color for an equally vibrant couple. An emotional, tear-jerking outdoor ceremony in front of family and friends, then turned to a night filled with dancing, being the perfect celebratory ending to a rather perfect day.
