Hi everyone,
I’m looking for someone to take over the lease on my beautiful studio space on the west side of Binghamton. As my career has taken a new direction, I don’t have the time to be in the studio the way it deserves, so I’m looking for someone to take over the space and make it their own.
Studio Details:
• 800 sq ft wide open layout
• 16 ft ceilings
• Large windows with tons of natural light
• Blackout curtains for full light control
• Closet and storage space
• First floor location in a secured building
• Plenty of parking available
The studio is currently set up as a fully functioning photography studio and includes over 10 years’ worth of curated props, backdrops, and floor drops. The collection supports newborn sessions, 6 month milestones, including a large variety of outfits, blankets, and swaddles, smash cakes, portraits, and fine art portraits. It includes a mix of timeless neutrals and seasonal pieces, including Christmas themed setups.
Included with the studio setup (excluding camera gear):
• Backdrops and floor drops
• Lighting and backdrop stands
• Props for newborn, milestone, and portrait sessions
• Full newborn photography setup including wraps, outfits, Perfect Pose, and other session essentials
I am ideally looking to sell everything together rather than piecing items out. This is a great opportunity for a photographer ready to step into a studio space or expand their current work into a fully equipped studio without having to build from scratch.
If photography is not your focus, the space can easily be adapted for a wide range of other uses, including a creative workspace, content creation, or other small businesses that need an open and professional environment.
