One of the hardest parts of eating out with celiac disease is that not everyone understands what gluten is or why it matters.
That doesn’t make someone a bad employee. It just means the responsibility ultimately falls on me to protect my health.
That’s why I use Gluten Testers.
They help me move from guessing to knowing.
LEO’s biggest sale of the year is happening now, making it a great time to stock up before summer travel.
Have you ever asked about gluten and gotten a completely unexpected answer?

I am not what you would call outdoorsy.
But a few things get me excited.
Anything about the beach and rainbows! Through in both together and I’m excited. My adult children got to see it from my

Everything I ate in a week in Destin, Florida as someone with celiac. We eat in our condo a lot. It’s expensive to eat out with 6 people, it’s safer for me and the view can’t be beat.
I gluten test any meal I don’t make myself eith and two entrees tested positive for gluten, so I couldn’t eat them. I wasn’t upset. I ate my salad and had a treat at the condo. I was just glad I didn’t get sick.
Living gluten free is extra hard when you travel. I hope I gave you some ideas when you do. cinnamon roll was so good! 10/10.

Nothing tests your commitment to healthy choices quite like an ice cream truck appearing at the exact moment you’re eating a hard-boiled egg on the beach. 😂

This might be one of the best salmon bowls I’ve made.
Sweet, spicy, sticky salmon over rice with fresh toppings and hot honey drizzle. It tastes like comfort food but still leaves you feeling GOOD after eating it.
As someone gluten free, I’m always trying to recreate those restaurant-style bowls at home without worrying about ingredients or cross contamination. This one is definitely going into the weekly rotation.
Featuring honey.

This is a toasted roast beef with horseradish. I made at home with bread from . It was perfect. I see so many people saying they hate it and it falls apart. I haven’t eaten it cold. But toasted it was perfect.

This is what I use to decide if it’s gluten or I’m just sensitive.

When you just want one piece of bread and not a whole load. Will subs sell me just a loaf?

One thing gluten-free life teaches you is how expensive convenience can get.

A pack of gluten-free buns can easily cost $8-$10, and half the time they go stale before you use them all.

Meanwhile, will sell their gluten-free bread separately. It’s individually wrapped, travels well, freezes well, and doesn’t take up much room in your suitcase or cooler.

For road trips, vacations, theme parks, beach days, and those “everyone’s grabbing food but me” moments, having a few of these tucked away can save money, save stress, and save you from settling for whatever you can find to eat.

It’s one of those little celiac hacks that makes life feel a bit more normal.
