Taylor + Jordan’s day was full of so much story.

Taylor got ready at her grandparents’ family home, the same house her mom got ready in on her wedding morning, and she said her vows in the same church where her parents promised forever. Decades of love, all in one day.

Here are a few of my favorite moments.

A simple and timeless portrait against the walls of her grandparents home.

I wanted to honor this home in every way I could. Jordan’s details on that staircase felt like exactly the right place to start.

The wedding party on the front lawn, with the architecture of the home peeking through behind them.

This home had so many elements I loved. Natural worn wood, beautiful patterned carpets, antique gold frames, and the most beautiful velvet couch. As soon as I laid eyes on it, I knew Taylor’s details belonged here.

I thought nothing could top that family home. And then I arrived at the church…

The natural light and the blue trim work were almost too beautiful to believe.

We wrapped family portraits at the altar and patiently waited for the ceremony.

Mom watching her girl walk down the same aisle she once walked down herself. There are no words for a moment like that.

The sweetest, most intentional ceremony.

After the ceremony, we made our way back to Taylor’s grandparents’ home for a tented reception.

Inverness, MS. Full of open space and farmland. I wanted an image that captured that feeling.

The most beautiful details that truly tied the day together.

Taylor and Jordan’s first official portrait as Mr. and Mrs. Coopwood before entering their reception.

After the cake cutting, they danced, their guests danced, and it was the kind of night nobody wanted to end.

To think generations from now, someone is going to open a photo album and find these images, and feel everything Taylor and Jordan felt on this day. 🤍

Michelle and Brad’s day felt like a deep breath, sacred and unhurried and so beautifully theirs. What a privilege to witness love like this.
