Arc De Triomph. To me, it was a surprise that this isn't as old as it looks. The roman style statutes had me thinking a century or two off. For the record it was commissioned by Napoleon and construction started on August 15th 1806. It was finished in 1836. Napoleon never saw its completion since his death was in 1821. Still a very timeless piece!!!

Yes, another one of the door to no where. Ursuline Centre Great Falls Montana. There obviously had to be a purpose for this door but it is long gone now.

Another spectacular view from Paris. This time this was from Sacre Couer as we walked around the towers. Still only a few spots in Paris to get a good view of the city as most of it seems flat but endless.

History as taught by the Seine. I just now noticed you can see the elevators going up (or down) in this shot. I was able to have the view from the second deck. I cannot imagine the top deck!! The second one was high enough lol.
