I’ve been really bad at posting lately and honestly… it doesn’t come without reason.

The past few months have been a relentless wave of cancellations, each one a little stab to the gut. And the ghosting… it’s been more frequent than I can ever remember. It’s soul crushing to pour your heart and soul into your craft, to dream up beautiful images, only to have potential clients vanish without a word. It’s a harsh reality, and with the economy hitting everyone so hard, it feels like photographers are among the first to feel the squeeze. It’s a struggle to stay afloat when the very foundation of your business feels so shaky.

But even through this exhaustion and disappointment, my appreciation for my incredible clients shines through. To those of you who have stuck by me, who have trusted me with your most precious memories, thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. You are the reason I do this, the reason I pick up my camera even when I feel like I can’t. Your belief in my work, your smiles, your stories… they are the light that guides me through these darker times.🤍

The past few months have been a real challenge, and honestly, I've been feeling the weight of it all pretty heavily. It's been a constant effort to stay motivated, and I'm really looking forward to a shift in energy. I'm truly hoping fall brings a turning point, a chance for things to really pick up again. I'm holding onto that hope, believing that with the new season, we'll see things brighten up and find that spark again!

Yes I know it’s early… but my calendar is filling up quicker than ever so I have decided to go ahead and schedule fall minis for this year 🤍

October 4th, October 11th, and October 17th are the ONLY dates I will be doing minis!!

Each 30-minute session includes 15 digital images and a 4x6 box of prints, all for just $249. Sessions are available at locations Two Moon Park and River-Front Park, with time slots ranging from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
**make sure to book for the correct location!**

I'm only offering 15 of these special sessions this year, and they are going to fill up fast! To book your session, there's a $49 deposit due at booking, with the remaining $200 due on the day of your session.✨

Birth photography is more than just taking pictures; it's about preserving one of life's most profound and transformative moments. For me, it's an honor to be invited into such a sacred space, to witness the raw emotion, incredible strength, and overwhelming love that unfolds as a new life enters the world. Every birth story is a testament to resilience, partnership, and the miracle of creation, and I feel a deep calling to capture those fleeting, precious details.

What I love most about offering birth photography is the opportunity to give families a tangible memory of their journey. In the whirlwind of labor and delivery, so many moments can be lost in the haze of exhaustion and exhilaration. My goal is to freeze those moments in time …. the first breath, the intimate touch, the tears of joy… so that parents can look back and relive the power and beauty of their baby's arrival. These images aren't just photos. They are heirlooms, a visual legacy of love that will be cherished for generations.

Ultimately, being a birth photographer is about celebrating life in its most vulnerable and powerful form. It's about empowering parents by documenting their incredible strength and resilience, and providing them with a heartfelt narrative of their family's beginning. It’s a privilege to tell these stories, and it fills my heart to know that I’m creating art that truly matters.🤍
