🚗 Going‑to‑the‑Sun Road Opening Update
The full length of Going‑to‑the‑Sun Road is expected to open to motorized vehicles on Monday, June 22 for the 2026 summer season. Rockfalls or other natural events may delay the opening, as conditions can change quickly.

🚴 Full Length of Going-to-the-Sun Road Open to Bicyclists
Bicyclists can bike the full length of Going-to-the-Sun Road beginning today, June 18 and extending through June 21, before the road opens to vehicle traffic. As we prepare for opening, bicyclists should watch for administrative traffic beyond the vehicle closure, especially on Thursday and Friday, June 18–19.

🔔 Bicycling Safety Reminders

• Always wear a helmet

• Maintain safe speed and control

• Bicyclists must follow the same rules as motor vehicles

• Bring a headlamp for early morning or evening rides

• Never leave food unattended

• Mount and dismount e‑bikes carefully—battery weight adds 20+ lbs

• Only Class 1 pedal‑assist e‑bikes (≤750 watts) are allowed

• Carry and know how to use bear spray

• Check tire pressure and bring tools for repairs

🅿️ Parking Expectations
Visitors should only park in designated parking spaces throughout the park.

🌄 Visitor information services and the Glacier National Park Conservancy bookstore will not be available at the Logan Pass Visitor Center until June 22. Restrooms will be open. Bicyclists riding before June 22 should plan accordingly.

I also wanted to send out a huge thank you to each and every one of you booking a session with me! I was able to make a sizable donation towards mine and my mom’s trip to AZ for her surgery! ❤️ it’s really making a huge impact in the financial part of things which helps with mom’s stress about the whole situation. Thank you all! 🙏🏼

Captured this on my phone last night while out with my mom and sister while they sang karaoke!

Of course I couldn’t help myself and snapped photos for a group of girls who were out on the dock! Took those on their phones though.

It was beautiful!

Kayla + Cody said “I do” in the quiet of Glacier National Park 💍
Just their closest friends + family in person, and their parents on video chat cheering them on. Hearing the soft words of praise and excitement coming through the phones while I snapped away was pure magic ❤️

I love the simplicity of elopements. No rigid timelines, no pressure. Everything just unfolds exactly as it’s meant to.

Can’t wait for more couples to invite me along for their unique, one-of-a-kind days 🥰

Apparently next week is the week of Lindsey! I have 4 sessions (one is a second session for the same person) all for a Lindsey/Lindsay! 😅 a family session, senior session, wedding and then wedding style photos! Oh and headshots and a surprise proposal at the beginning of the week for other clients! Thank goodness for grandmas because I don’t think I could do it without them. ❤️

Senior sessions are a lot of fun. You get to see their personality slowly come out as they get more comfortable and and confident!

Mindy and her beautiful family decided to move their session due to rain and the “cold” weather we were going to have this week. Being from Texas they thought yesterday was cold while I was breaking a sweat. Haha! I love meeting new people from other states and watching their faces as we round the corner to Ryan’s beach! 💜
