After arriving in Mexico we met up with a contact we had on the Baja Peninsula. Through a friend of a friend we met Bo. His owner for the last 9 years had slowly grown allergic to his fur and was trying to find a new home for him. Unsuccessful she had decided the last option was to take him to a local farm. Suffice to say, Mexican animal welfare isn't exactly high on most farms. We decided to give him a home with us. Yes it gets a little cramped onboard but he's great company to have!

Hobbies included barking at people looking at the van, chasing birds, ingesting toxic plants and peeing while walking.

Currently we're based in Loreto Bay, working on a fine art photographic book for the community here. Only a few more weeks and we should be ready to publish :)

It took us a while but we finally crossed , if you look closely you can see the van in the shot.

As you head south from San Francisco it is the gateway to the region. It's been used in countless car commercials and is also a well known spot for BASE jumping. You need to be pretty keen though, at 279ft / 85ft you'll be throwing the chute as you jump!

Life behind the lens.

Photography makes you slow down, notice your surroundings. Subtle details of angles & light. It's a process that's so routine & so different at the same time, the process contradicts itself. My yoga friends might disagree but for me it's a kind of meditation!
