Slow season looks a little different over here lately.

(Less shoots but I do have more flour on my hands!)

It’s been a lot getting settled into our new home and finding my rhythm again but in the process I get to learn how to slow down, creating without rushing and enjoying the in between.

I picked up baking and sometimes it feels a lot like photography, the right patience and timing creating something worth having and I look forward to sharing this new love with you all

When I was about 9 and my brother around 8, my mom and dad welcomed us into their home. There had been a lot of trauma before that moment and healing doesn't magically begin just because the environment changes. Sometimes the pain and patterns are already branded into you.

Statistically we shouldn't be here, but we are not apart of the statistic just proof that cycles can be broken. Even through the parts of my story where I wanted to stop writing something greater than me saw fit to keep giving me new Chapters🀍
