Griselda Duch’s ‘Botanicals’ series is currently on display in an online exhibition hosted by Albumen Gallery.
Throughout her work, the Catalan photographer has been preoccupied with distilling her subjects down to essential details – using the camera in her quest for their intrinsic qualities. Dedicated to the aesthetic qualities of plants, ‘Botanicals’ draws inspiration from the work of early 20th century photographers including Karl Blossfeldt (1865-1932).
The exhibition runs until 31 December at albumen-gallery.com/exhibitions/botanicals
