Taking a look back at a beautiful day in May when Location Professionals flocked to the historic Beverly Estate in Beverly Hills, CA, to finally connect with each other—in person—and to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Francis Ford Coppola’s The Godfather, as some of the most memorable scenes from the iconic movie were filmed here!

This iconic Beverly Hills mansion is a historic property previously named the Hearst Mansion after one of its most notable residents, William Randolph Hearst, who occupied the property with his film star partner Marion Davies✨

Harry passed away earlier this year, and it was the first time I’d been back since his passing. His handsome grandson Finn was there to meet us with Harry’s old dog Clover. I kept expecting to look out into the surf and see Harry paddle boarding by…

If you don’t know about him or his work, just google “Harry Gesner Architect.” He built some amazing homes. It was such a blast to show Wendy what a magical place it is and to spend the day together doing beautiful pictures.
