“Sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eye” ~H. Jackson Brown, Jr.

I used this quote for a few reasons. One of them is simple, I liked it and it resonated with me. Second is a little more complicated. Since starting my photography, I have been told by those around me that I have an eye for things that most people wouldn’t see. Where someone would see a gross puddle, I would see a piece of natures beauty, and I would take a picture to showcase it. And in all reality, it’s not me having an eye for this. A lot of people that have never done photography can pick up a camera and take a good picture. But when I do my photography, I do it because it’s what I’m passionate about. I walk through my photography being led by my heart, not my eyes. I try to see the beauty in everything and once I do, I know in my heart that I want to show the world what I see. So until next time, go out in the world and instead of seeing the gross puddle or clumps of snow, look and see the beauty not only surrounding it, but inside it.
