At SCHEUgENG Creative Studios we strive to empower the community by offering access to creative multipurpose spaces and resources that offer artists, businesses, students, organizations, and other creators in the Lehigh Valley an environment to develop their skills, express themselves, conduct business operations, and develop their personal or professional brands. By providing these resources we hope to help individuals and businesses in the Lehigh Valley explore their innate gifts and develop their entrepreneurial passions while creating a creative hub in the community for forward-thinking creative leaders.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, SCHEUgENG like many local businesses faced new challenges. We were fortunate that we were able to establish new avenues for our business and continue our work in the community. If we were to receive any of the grants through the NAV Small Business Grant we would invest the money into continuing to develop and maintain our studio spaces. With this grant, we would upgrade the studio equipment, which includes new and better resources available for use by community members. Additionally, we would use the funds to expand our local magazine, Chale Magazine, highlighting local creatives and small business owners.
