I won’t lie you guys… this was a bit challenging for me.
My new “normal” of posting family photos. While I do feel it shifts the feeling of the photos (for social media), I know it is the right thing to do. Although these sweet babies faces are much cuter than my crafty face covering stamps, I’m thankful to protect their privacy and thankful I have the best clients!

🚨EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY🚨

You’ve probably seen a similar post from other photographers by now.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children on my photography page, signed release or not. If the photo is posted, it will be edited to protect the child’s privacy.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.

That is enough for me to say I will not be a part of the problem. If our government and laws aren’t going to adequately protect children from what AI can do with their images, then I feel a responsibility to do my part to protect them.

I always want to give my honest attempt at living on the correct side of history.

The safety of children and my clients will always come before my business. ❤️

Clients and friends, I’m pleased to announce I am running an EARLY BIRD SPECIAL 🕊️ for this fall season. Usually, everyone inquires at the same time, and I have to unfortunately turn down sessions. This year I’m hoping to fix that.
