Curate (favorite) the best photos at the end of each day and delete the duds or similars. By the end of your trip, you will have the best of the best and you can take all those ❤️ one and create an album. This way you can easily find and share those photos or use for a photo book, your holiday card or your annual calendar!

Here is how you do it:
Step 1: Open your iPhone Camera app.
Step 2: Look for the Live Photo icon (the little circle with rings) at the top/rightside—make sure it’s ON -no line through it.
Step 3: Keep your phone steady and tap the shutter right when the fireworks burst! 🎆

The Best Part: Since your phone captures 1.5 seconds before and after the shot, you can open your photo later, swipe up, and select “Long Exposure” in the effects menu to turn those light streaks into professional-looking art.

When you clear out the digital clutter, you make room for what actually counts. Don’t let those priceless voices get lost in a sea of accidental pocket-recordings and blurry videos.

Before today’s virtual conference begins, I wanted to share one last highlight from the amazing conference I attended in Boston.

“From Fragile Albums to Lasting Photo Books” was such a meaningful workshop — filled with inspiration, practical ideas, and important reminders about preserving memories in ways that can be enjoyed for generations. 📸✨

Every photo has a story worth saving.

One of the meaningful takeaways I learned at the conference in Boston was about reminiscence therapy for people with dementia.

Less is often more—using just a few simple photos and minimal words on a page can be far more effective than overwhelming pages filled with too much information.

It really felt like a full-circle reminder of how powerful simple images and clear words can be in helping us connect, remember, and feel comforted.

Including photos of the people who matter most in their life can help spark recognition, memories, and meaningful conversation. 🤍
