Recently I was told by a teacher that the father of one of the students I photographed this fall complained in a Facebook post that while retouching his child's photo, I removed a piece of jewelry from the photograph.



I applied standard portrait retouching to each of the photos delivered to the school. While this process includes a myriad of subtle enhancements, it never includes removal of jewelry, scars or tattoos unless specifically requested.



The father did not contact me directly, and I have been told that the Facebook post has been removed.



I felt it was important to address this issue and assure my clients that if there is ever an issue with one of my products, please contact me directly. I will be happy to address your concerns and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
