What an AMAZING day!!! Woke up at 2am, left my house at 3:30, got to Sprague at 4:44, caught a stellar sunrise 🌄 , drove to another part of the park and waited 3-yes, 3!!! hours for a certain moose 🫎 to stand up-saw a couple other moose and headed back home.

For some reason I went a different way and by pure dumb luck saw three bears 🐻 running down a hill in my direction!

I haven’t been able to get up to the park in a couple weeks, so this was extra special. Hope you enjoy!

Yesterday I went on a hike with my friend, Sarah again. We had plans to go to Sky Pond but the actual skies were getting dark (at the time) so we changed course.

These are some of the landscape pics I got. The animals will be in a separate post 💕

By the time we were coming down the skies had cleared up, but in Colorado-you just never know what the weather is going to do!

Hope your Saturday is going well!
This morning I took my dad up to RMNP to see Old Fall River Road for the first time 🙂

Lucky guy got to see R7 (bull moose) first thing! We met lots of other photographers, DID get to see Frank the Tank, FINALLY (since May). Also, his buddy R2 (barely).

The weather was perfect and I’m so glad my dad was able to experience it!
