John Jeanneney and I could never have imagined how popular blood tracking would become across North America.
Many years ago, together with a small group of dedicated friends, we helped co-found United Blood Trackers. What started as the passion and vision of just a handful of people has grown into a strong community of trackers and tracking dogs helping hunters recover wounded game across the continent.
The beginnings of United Blood Trackers are described in one of my old blog posts https://borntotracknews.blogspot.com/2016/05/beginnings-of-united-blood-trackers.html Looking back now, I feel tremendous gratitude. So many people have given their time, energy, knowledge, and passion to this movement over the years.
My deepest thanks to everyone who helped blood tracking take root, grow, and become what it is today. John would have been very proud to see how far it has come. ❤️
