I’ll be honest—seeing a $45 price tag for a single photo breaks my heart a little. I completely understand that photography equipment and time are significant investments, but when big contract companies charge that much, it leaves too many families behind.
That’s exactly why I do what I do. Hearing so many of the kids say, “I knew you’d be here!” at the prom walk made my entire weekend. Yes, I will absolutely be back next year! As long as I am around, I want to make sure every student gets a beautiful memory of their milestone moments, regardless of their budget. It would be amazing to see our local schools partner with local photographers who truly care about the community.
Beyond events, I also shoot school portraits, seniors, and sports (I loved donating my time to the Gladiators high school team!). My mission is to keep photography accessible and affordable. When you book with me, you get the full printing rights to your photos because they belong to you.
As a single mom of four, I know firsthand what it feels like to look at a $300+ sitting fee plus the cost of prints and realize it’s just not in the budget. This business has never been about getting rich for me. Between the gear, the shooting, and the endless hours of editing, I may never fully break even—and that is perfectly okay. For me, it’s about making sure memories are captured. Because at the end of the day, that’s what truly matters. ❤️
