I wish I could include the audio that I heard while taking these photos. “She’s so good, wow.” “I want to be like her!” It was so sweet being backstage and watching how inspired the younger dancers were by watching this senior dance her solo.

I photographed Kyle and Lizzie’s proposal last weekend. I’ve photographed countless engagement sessions but this was actually my first proposal I’ve ever shot! Lizzie was completely surprised when Kyle popped the question on her parents pier and her family surprised her by all being there to celebrate. It was a cute proposal to say the least! I feel lucky that I get to be a part of these moments in peoples lives 🥰

These two recently celebrated an anniversary! And I’ve been lucky to take their family photos the past few years. It’s always a joy working with them! ❤️

They also have two adorable little boys. I’d love to show photos of them (because they are SO cute) but I always respect the privacy preferences parents have with their kids! I even go back and forth on this with my own kids and don’t post them as much as I’d like to so I 100% get the concerns that some have. You’ll just have to take my word for it that their kiddos are absolutely adorable! :)
