I will preface this by saying any rude comments will be deleted. If you want to have a discussion about it, you are free to do so on your own page.
Some stuff was ruled on today, (I'll let you Google it). This ruling is also not final, and I will review my policies as necessary in the future. But I will be limiting my sharing of identifiable images of children in my social media photos until further notice.
It is not my place to tell you what to do with your photos. They are yours to share as you wish, and tags are still appreciated!
That being said, in my contract, there is a clause about using photos from your session on my social media and my website for marketing. That clause indicates that it is -always- optional (unless you've literally signed up for a model call) for me to use your photos in my own marketing. You will never be charged extra, and I will never treat your session differently just because you want to keep the photos of your loved ones private. Even now, if you'd like your child's photos removed from my social media pages, I can do so, no questions asked.
