A CONVERSATION IN MOTION

Around Edmund Harriss’ Courtyard Curvahedra, body and sculpture meet in a shared language of curve, tension, balance, and release.

I asked Hannah to improvise, responding only to how the sculpture made her feel. What followed was not a sequence of predetermined movements, but an instinctive conversation between artist and structure. She interpreted its lines, openness, and tension through her own body, transforming steel into motion.

Her ability to respond so freely reveals the depth of her artistry. My role was to recognize that exchange as it unfolded and preserve the fleeting moments where sculpture, dance, and emotion became one.
