Happy World Photography Day!

Starry Ozark Summer Nights 💫

After couple of cloudy nights I wanted to give another try to capture Milky Way just about south of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Living in a Bortle Class 6, I was stoked to see what Class 4 site could offer on a clear dark night. We waited for the clouds to clear and got to see the Milky Way core with unaided eye despite the city glow and traffic. Here are couple of shots from the night of Milk Way rising over I-49 Northwest Arkansas at Winslow.

Comet Neowise C/2020 F3 from Northwest Arkansas ☄️

Finally I was able to shoot the comet last night July 18 at 10pm CDT from Bellavista, Arkansas. Used Sony A7III and Sigma 135mm F1.8 at 3.2 sec exposure f2.2 ISO 2000. It is visible to the naked eye in NW 1 hour after sunset preferably dark skies, having binoculars will help. Don’t miss out on this dazzling display, you have to wait 6,800 years to see it again

Going over Photoshoots from pre quarantine time. nailed this shoot 📷 This was my first time to try nature milk bath theme and it came out perfect. Jess was brilliant styling it and killing the poses 🔥.
How are y’all holding up? Stay safe everyone. Hoping to get out there soon shooting again
