Quarter Horses aren't the only equines in front of my lens! This phenomenal mare just sold for $5.2 MILLION, and I had the honor of capturing two of her biggest career wins!

Quietside had a fantastic three-year-old year last year, winning the Fantasy Stakes and the Honeybee Stakes at Oaklawn Hot Springs while I was on assignment for Coady Media! Those two races alone accounted for over half of her $1.05 million in career winnings.

Quietside sold in foal to Nyquist (2016 Kentucky Derby winner with career earnings of $5.12 million). The buyer was Erdenheim Farm Thoroughbreds. This sale made Quietside the highest seller on opening day of the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale, and she became the highest-priced mare sold in North America so far in 2026!
