Everything feels so surreal right now. I have managed to only leave home once since I made it in Thursday afternoon, and when I went out I had a feeling it would be my last session for a little while. Praying that all of my friends, family and clients stay healthy. Praying for all of the other businesses closing their doors for this small moment. They will open again soon. 💛

Now y’all stay safe, stay healthy, and stay home.

P.S. And also keep sharing memes because they are the only thing keeping me from staring at the news. 🤪

My niece turned 6 years old today 😍

I had only shot film before she was born, but I purchased my first DSLR camera about two months before she arrived. One of my first projects with that camera was photographing her birth, and since that day she has been my biggest fan, certainly my most demanding client, but above all my favorite little muse.

Y’all, I forgot how low key and relaxed a session can be when there isn’t a wedding or multiple toddlers involved. This guy made my job ridiculously easy tonight! Side note: His home just happens to have some of the best Vermont views around.
