One thing I think has died down since Covid was Window shopping. I can remember walking by a store and seeing something in the window and feeling the need to check the place out. I think we need to bring that casual shopping back.
So I suggest you check out the King's Knit Wit on Main Street in Bennington Vermont. Now I'll be honest, hooks and needles, yarns and thread all have me a little confused. And who knows what Bobbin is. But you don't need to know any of that to enjoy the King's Knit Wit. Doug and Patrick are two of the kindest guys you'll meet with such great stories from their travels, to plays, and just interesting customers that come in the store. You can settle at the bar order a delicious tea, coffee, or slushie (My personal favorite) and an amazing cookie that Patrick has created. (Right now the Pollyanna is superb) Beyond the fact that you can also get so many great teas and coffee to brig home (and lets not forget to mention the great tea names big fan of Pride and Peppermint), the store is full of other great pieces of art and craftsmanship. My last visit these figures caught my eye. So if you haven't yet, go down and check them out.
