I took an adoptable dog on my morning walk today. So glad her foster mom is an early bird like me. We walked 4 miles around Standing Bear Lake. Met up with some amazing volunteers with Haven Animal Rescue Nebraska out at PetSmart and some of their incredibly cute adoptable pups! Sit Stay Click turns 14 next month. Our 14th foster was adopted this month. Crazy to see how time flies and how much we change. It's been a slow year for me doing photos in general and that's okay. I hope it means that adoptable animals are getting snatched up so quickly there's no time for photos. As always, photos will remain FREE to ANY rescue. I'm looking forward to meeting more adoptables soon!

And big thanks to Storm Cloud's new momma for this adorable keychain she gave me to remember her by. It looks just like her, don't you agree?!?!

Me and my shadow! Yes, she follows me into the bathroom every time I go. Just like cats and dogs, privacy does not exist with rabbits. She then proceeded to thump at me when I told her she was not allowed in the bathtub. This girl and her personality, I tell ya!!

We modified Storm Cloud's dig box to be less messy. Ping pong balls, an old t-shirt, a stacking cup or two and some cut up cardboard. She loves it. Up until I started recording, every time Brad would put the stacking cup back into the box, she would yeet it right back out 🤣 I'm sad I didn't catch it, but I'm sure she'll do it again. She'll be going to her forever home next week, so we'll be sure to prepare her new momma for her silly antics!

When your dear friend says she has a new baby goat at her rescue to meet, you MUST go, right?! Right! I ventured down to Shepherd’s Rest Goat and Sheep Rescue on Friday afternoon to meet Olaf!! His growth is stunted from not getting proper nutrients when he was young, so he'll be forever little! I also ended up taking a bunch of other photos because they're all so stinking cute! If you love goats like I do, follow their page and maybe make a trip down for goat yoga sometime to experience this amazing little rescue. Donations help, too 😉 You better believe I gave my boyfriend Sven some love (and animal crackers) too ❤️

There was an attempt to do some nice photos of Storm Cloud this week. Me, spending 30 minutes setting up lights and a pretty background. Followed by Storm Cloud deciding she wanted nothing to do with it. Modeling is not her thing 🤣

So, we got a few candids in the hallway and living room and they still turned out ridiculously cute. And then today, I took her to an event for Hops & Co where she ended up meeting a wonderful young lady that wants to adopt her! She'll get to spend another week or so with us, but it sounds like this sweet girl will be heading off to her forever home in early August. YAY!!!
