new work for Magazine had me hunting for radishes in February. I’m a big fan of this humble vegetable so I was delighted to showcase their rainbow of colors! but I knew sourcing radishes so early in our growing season could be a bit of a challenge, but thanks to my pals at , I got the job done.
the opens tomorrow for the season and I’ll be looking for some radishes! my favorite ways to eat them: sliced thin to top on avocado toast with dukkah and lemon zest or quartered and dipped into whipped butter.
