It's that time of year where my seniors (well their parents) start panicking because they didn't lock in their senior session and they are worried they won't get in. Take a deep breath, we still have room and I will do my best to make sure your senior memories are everything you have been dreaming of.

Pregnancy is a wild ride, and if there's one thing these two have figured out, it's that sometimes the best way through life's biggest changes is with a sense of humor.

Because maternity sessions don't have to fit inside one box.

They can be classy.
They can be chaotic.
They can be heartfelt.
They can be hilariously inappropriate.
Most importantly, they can be you.

Senior sessions should feel like you.

Whether that’s simple and laid-back… or something a little more bold and creative—your session isn’t about fitting into a box, it’s about showing up as yourself.

And I’ll be honest…
this beauty was not exactly counting down the days to take photos 😄
She was doing it more for her auntie than anything.

And at her consult, I watched something shift.
From unsure… to a little curious… to quietly excited.

And then came session day.

She walked in with a “let’s just do this” energy…
and somewhere along the way, she stepped into it.

Confidence. Personality. Presence.

We kept it in-studio, and made it anything but basic—playing with lighting, different moods, and creating something that felt unique to her.

And when it came time to choose her images?
We planned for 15…

…and somehow ended up loving over 50.

That’s the magic right there.
When someone who wasn’t even sure they wanted photos ends up fully in it—and leaves with something they’re genuinely proud of.

There’s something so special about getting to recreate moments like this.

From waiting and wondering… to finally holding him in her arms.

Somewhere along the way, we even grabbed a different bodysuit from the studio (turns out having too many cute options is a real thing 😄), but honestly—it made this even more meaningful. Because it’s not about perfection… it’s about the story.

Watching her step into motherhood has been such an honor, and now already getting to capture these early days for her little man? The sweetest full-circle.

These are the moments that pass in a blur—and photographs let you hold onto them just a little longer.
