Let’s talk extended family sessions — because it’s almost summer time, which mean family reunions ☀️

Usually extended family sessions are an hour. We include all of the combinations. I try to get two big group shots with different backdrops, just grandparents (the start of it all!), grandparents with grandkids, just grandkids, grandparents with their own kids, and each family unit. If we have time and depending on how the kiddos are doing, we spend a little more time with each family unit so they essentially get their own mini session. It’s a great way to capture everyone together. It also makes a great gift for those grandparents 😉
