I talk a lot about how lucky I am to work with the coolest people, and I want to include in that how insanely fortunate I am to live in this gorgeous area! Getting to highlight the natural beauty of the world as we live in it is part of what makes my job so rewarding and fun, and I am eternally grateful to our planet for how it shares its gifts. This corner of the world is just one piece of the diverse and breathtaking scenery we get to see everyday, and I know I’ll never take it for granted💚Happy Earth Day!

Happy International Women’s Day! I have written and re-written my caption for this post three times, and as long as each iteraton has been, the underlying sentiment is always this: women have paved the way and made me who I am, and there is nothing in this life that I am prouder to be than a woman. To think that less than a century ago, I would not have had the ability to open my own business, live alone, own a car, or establish my own credit is heartbreaking, but that knowledge also drives me to embody the values instilled in me by the women in my life everyday. My humor, compassion, curiosity, and critical thought have been shaped so deeply by my mother, grandmothers, aunts, friends, coworkers, and mentors, and I see it as a great honor to continue their legacy into future generations; as a business owner, a daughter, and a friend. Happy International Women’s Day (month! year!) to all, and to all my women/femmes out there: a man in your life owes you a sweet treat today🙂‍↕️
