i captured haley when she was pregnant with wrenley + put her in this very moses basket for her newborn session. such a special moment seeing her back in it! 🤎⛅️🌊

as i thought about my business in the video world, i decided there’s a few more things i really need. a team being one of them. i reached out to a few lovely photographers who shoot the same system camera as me, whose work i LOOOVEEE + decided to ask if they’re interested in a little video mentoring. i typed all my thoughts into a guide + put together a styled shoot to have a hands on experience.

bekah is the cutest + i actually found her scrolling tiktok one day— i reached out + her and nick were up for a drive from seattle to model for us. hi dream come true.

was kind enough to lend us her bicycle, even though she had an injury arise. bless that woman.

the weather was warm, it felt like we had the whole spot to ourselves, + it was perfect start to finish.

it’s truly necessary to give yourself the space to create freely now + then in this industry, where the stakes are low + the vibes are high. it filled my cup —overflowing— just in time for the season to really get crazy. it was entirely what my heart needed.

THE SHAGRENS 🥂

when i met these two at a coffee shop to talk details of this day, i knew instantly it would be a dream. libby had a vision, and i watched as cauy looked at her like her breath lit his entire world. it gives me goosebumps to think it all come together just as she envisioned. the long table with floral centerpieces, string lights hung from the bridge of cauy’s backyard, woodfire pizza, peanut butter + chocolate cake. perfection, all around. to be a part of this was truly special.

gute is sunshine— and it was a rainy day so she really warmed up the place. it’s obvious her + mike are going to be the coolest parents. they met at a music festival, sparks were flying, + they’ve been in a love bubble ever since. you could spend 2 minutes in their presence + feel the LOVE, like the real deal kinda love. makes you want to follow them wherever they go. 🦋
