It won’t change your weight. It won’t fix your marriage or your relationships. And it may not magically erase years of picking yourself apart or make you feel confident every single day.

I would never promise you that.

But maybe it can give you a moment to see yourself with a little more kindness.

A chance to be cared for. To have fun. To feel nervous and do something for yourself anyway. To look at a photograph and think, “Wait… that’s ME?” 🖤
