✨ CALLING ALL WEDDING VENDORS – LARGE SCALE MOCK WEDDING COLLAB ✨

I’m currently planning a large-scale Mock Wedding Content Day at the beautiful new wedding venue Sage and Saddle Ranch in Eden, NC. The goal is to showcase the full property from getting ready all the way through reception.

This will be a structured, all-day multi-station styled event designed as a collaborative content day for photographers while highlighting participating vendors and the venue in a cohesive, editorial way.

Planned stations include:

• Bride + Bridesmaids Getting Ready

• Groom + Groomsmen Getting Ready

• Styled Bar Portraits with Bride, Groom & Bridal Party

• Cabin Portraits with Bride & Groom

• Horses + Countryside Portraits with Bride & Groom

• Ceremony Mockup with Full Bridal Party

• Canoe Portraits with Bride & Groom

• Vintage Car Portraits with Bride & Groom

• Reception Setup (cake cutting, champagne pop, dancing & open reception moments)

The goal is to create elevated wedding content while keeping photographer tickets accessible ($250–$350 range). Profits will be shared between the venue, host, and participating vendors. We are hoping for approximately 15 photographers to attend.

We are currently looking for the following collaborators:

• Florist

• Cake Designer

• Hair (for 3 brides + 3 bridesmaids)

• Event Stylist / Rental Company

• Vintage Car Owner

• Bridal Shop / Dress Boutique

• 3 Bride & Groom Couples (models)

• 3 Bridesmaids (models)

• 3 Groomsmen (models)

We’re looking for vendors who are collaborative, excited to build their portfolio, and understand that styled shoots are mutually beneficial for exposure and content.

Participating vendors will receive professional images from the event for marketing and social media use.

📅 Date: June 28

📍 Location: Sage & Saddle Ranch – Eden, NC

⏰ Styled shoot time: 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
