🚨UPDATE 🚨
Going forward, I will no longer post identifiable images of children on my photography page — regardless of a signed release or not.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals recently ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when kept within the home. For me, that is more than enough reason to draw a line.

If the laws cannot properly protect our children from the ways their images can be exploited through AI, then I must make adjustments. I feel strongly that I have a responsibility to protect the little ones behind my lens in any way I am able.
