Busy season is officially here. 🤪🙌🏼

Come spend a Tuesday with me as a SAHM of 3. Started the day with a dentist appointment, grabbing a much needed coffee from 7 Brew Coffee , heading to Felicia Cadle’s to film content and wrapping up the day at football conditioning. Somehow we made it through the chaos and the sunshine at the end of the day felt like a little reward. ☀️

If your days feel like a nonstop juggle of mom life, errands, sports and trying to squeeze in your own goals, you’re not alone. This is your reminder that we’re all just doing our best, one busy day at a time. 🩷

I’m diving into The Cheat Sheet and The Rule Book by Sarah Adams and I’m so excited to finally see what all the hype is about. If you’re looking for closed-door romance books, sports romance, friends-to-lovers romance or a feel-good romance series to add to your reading list, these have been recommended over and over. 🩷

Betting on You by lynn painter kirkle is a cute, fast-paced YA romance that I finished in under 48 hours. Definitely a solid pick if you’re in a reading slump and need something easy and addictive.

It’s got all the fun contemporary romance vibes with enemies-to-lovers tension, fake dating, forced proximity and plenty of banter that keeps it moving quickly. Very bingeable, light and perfect for a quick escape read.

The plot is a bit predictable at times and doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it delivers exactly what you want from a young adult romance recommendation… fun, flirty, and effortless to get through.

Overall: 3.5–4 stars. A great “get me out of a slump” book and a perfect quick YA romance read for summer. ☀️🩵

Apparently seasoning your older sibling is completely normal when you’re the middle child. Tell me why nobody noticed until I watched the video back. If you have multiple kids, I know you’ve caught your middle child doing something equally chaotic. 👀

Happy Father’s Day to the man who gives everything he has for our family.

Thank you for working so hard every single day, then rushing home just to head right back out to another practice, game, or whatever adventure the kids have going on. No matter how tired you are, you always show up.

Thank you for being my rock and my best friend. In a world where we don’t have a large village like most, you’ve never let me feel alone. You’re always there, always steady, always putting our family first without hesitation.

The kids are so lucky to have a dad who loves them the way you do and I’m so lucky to walk through this life with you by my side.

We love you more than words can ever say. Happy Father’s Day. 💙
